Can the upsell be triggered by specific variants?


This feature is unavailable at the moment, but we definitely will look into developing this in the future.

Can products at thank-you page offers be added to the current order without inserting information again? Why offer on thankyou page can't apply discount?


Unfortunately this feature is really limited at the moment. BigCommerce API Promotion works based on triggering product in the cart.

Basically, the cart must have at least one product so that the API can be triggerred. With regard to the Thank you page, it shows up after one order is completed, which means your cart is now empty and the API is unable to be triggerred. 

Change location of the offers


You can freely change the location of this offer to another place.

To change the location, here are step-by-step:

  • Step 1: Find the place that you want offer will show up and right click that position, choose Inspect

  • Step 2: Find the element that contains your desire position by hover throughthem. You can find class name behind the text: 'class' in the element.

  • Step 3: Open Native Recommender app. Go to Offer setting and paste the class name into the offer type you want (Product Page Cross-sell, Frequently Rought Together,..)

Can the Frequently bought together display more than 3 products?


Definitely! The frequently bought together offer now allows users to have more than 3 products per bundle.

Can’t find the offer/Offer is not working


If you tested the current offers but the offer product did not display, usually, there will be two main causes on this issue:

  • Forget accept cookies:
    Please check whether you have accepted all the cookies, since our app may need the cookie allowance. You need to accept cookies in order for the script to be able to execute.

  • Wrong position:
    Basically, the offers will have a fixed default position on all storefronts. But there are some cases which you edit the storefront for the store and there will be some code changes.
    The fixing is easy, it just about changing the offer position, here you can find the instruction: Changing offer position.

  • The Widget is not properly installed:
    If you have any problems when creating offers and it does not appear or finish reading this article it is too complicated for you, please email us via info@peasisoft.com with the full details of how you want to change and we will have our team take it in progress.
